Made for Christmas: fill them with candy as stocking stuffers, classroom gifts or holiday party favors. They also work as place-setting favors on a Christmas table.
About this template
A polar bear treat box where the front wall rises into a low head with two tiny ears. The front has a printed narrow muzzle, a black nose, small eyes, a sprig of holly and two paws. The sides, back and lid are a pale ice blue. The lid is sized for card thickness because the head sits right where the lid closes.
Common polar bear treat box sizes
| Size | L × W × H (in) | L × W × H (mm) |

How to assemble
- Print the design. Print the art onto white card. The pale blue and white fur are forgiving, but use a printer you can trust to line up with the cut.
- Cut and score. Cut the outline, following the curve of the head and both ears, and score the 10 fold lines.
- Fold and glue. Fold the walls up and glue the corner flaps. The head has no fold at its base, so it stands straight up with the front wall.
- Fill and close. Fill the box, then fold the lid over and tuck the flap in behind the front wall.
Materials and settings
The default material thickness is 0.018 in (0.46 mm); set your own in the editor to match your paper or board. Blue lines are cuts and red dashed lines are scores: in Silhouette Studio use Cut by Line Color, and in Cricut Design Space set the red fold lines to Score. The head is one layer of card, so its back shows the unprinted side, which is white card on a white bear. Use a sturdy white card so it stays upright. It uses little ink, and you can recolor it.

Polar Bear Treat Box FAQ
- Can I use Print Then Cut with this polar bear treat box?
- This polar bear treat box template is about 8.4 inches tall with bleed at the default 1.5 x 1.5 x 1.75 inch size, inside the roughly 9.25 inch height usually given for Cricut Print Then Cut. Limits vary by machine, so check yours. Larger sizes, including 2 x 2 x 2.25 inches, are too tall to print in one piece that way.
- Can I change the polar bear's colors?
- Yes. The fur, fur edge, sides and lid, inner ears, muzzle, nose, eyes, mouth, cheeks, holly and paws are separate color groups.
- Is the polar bear treat box template free?
- Yes. It runs free in your browser with no signup and no watermark, and what you make is yours and free to use.
- Which files do I get, and do they work with Cricut and Silhouette?
- You get a 1:1 PDF, SVG and DXF. Use SVG for Cricut Design Space and Silhouette Designer Edition, or DXF for the free Silhouette edition. Blue lines cut and red lines score.
